To hold a reservation, we require a $250 deposit and completed contract on file. A reservation will be held for 7 days while waiting for your Deposit and completed Contract. These items MUST be received within 7 days from date of e-mail or phone confirmation. A contract will be e-mailed with your confirmation. If you do not have access to e-mail, we will mail your rental contract. 

All rental payments are due 30 days in advance of the first day of the rental; Failure to pay the rent will be considered cancellation with less than 30 days notice, and your credit card will be charged the full rate. All payments must be made through personal check or money order. RENTER will also provide valid credit card information as a security deposit. No charges will be added to the credit card unless there is theft from or damage to the property during your stay or you fail to pay within 30 days prior of your reservation. 

If a reservation is made less than 30 days before your date/s, the entire rental fee is due at that time. All rental coordinators or individuals will need to read and sign our Rental Contract.

Crafting Weekend Rates

2-Day minimum stay

The building is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Check-in time 10 AM Check-out time 5 PM

Friday-Sunday

$395/night ($66/person for weekend with 12 person occupancy)

Sunday-Thursday

$295/night ($50/person for weekend with 12 person occupancy)

 Prices do not included Wisconsin sales tax

 A temporary hold will be placed on your selected dates for a maximum of seven (7) days while waiting for your deposit.

Weekend Add-on:

Make your stay a little longer; extra days can be booked if booking for a weekend

Add-On on Thursday or Sunday night: $25/person

Check-In time after 10 AM Check-Out time by 5 PM.
